This Saturday The Cube marks the end of summer with an unforgettable harvest table dining experience and a seasonal menu collaboration brought to you by Chef Michal and Chef Aniko.

ON THE MENU

🌽 Mediterranean Fritter — Golden chickpea fritter layered with smoky charred corn salsa, silky tahini aioli, vibrant red cabbage kraut, and ripe garden tomatoes.
🦆 Smoked Duck Leg — Sous vide to tender perfection, then finished over smoke for a delicate depth of flavour. Served with roasted rutabaga, Chinese broccoli, and seared king oyster mushrooms.
🍋 Aniko’s House-made Lemon Tart
